The Every Child NC coalition applauds the North Carolina Supreme Court’s decision to, at long last, uphold our children’s rights as enshrined in the North Carolina Constitution.

As children return to school across our state, Leandro offers a blueprint to finally meet our students’ constitutional rights to a sound basic education.

On Wednesday, August 31st three separate events will occur related to the oral arguments of Leandro vs. State of North Carolina.

With the Leandro case headed into final arguments at the State Supreme Court, a ruling that could shape public education for decades, Every Child NC has announced an August 27th ‘Rally for Every Child’ at Halifax Mall in Raleigh.
